Andrew Broomhall

Managing Director

Andy is part owner and director of Think Water with over 25 years experience in the pump and irrigation industry. Andy deals with the domestic and service part of the business.

Sam has been working in and around the business for over 20 years. Having started off working in the field installing various irrigation and pumping equipment in the late 90s when Owen (Dad) was running the company. To now jointly running the company with brother Andy. His focus now is on the design, sales and business development within the company. His background also involved playing professional rugby for 8 years representing Canterbury,Crusaders and the All Blacks during this time.

Greg Wheeler

General Manager

Greg joined the Think Water team in 2016 coming from 20 years in operations. Greg had lots of great knowledge to share, and has created a friendly team environment for the field staff. Greg is also very much involved in the Leeston community with 28 years in the Leeston Volunteer Fire Brigade as a Deputy Chief Fire Officer.

Matt Dalley

Operations Manager

Mattjoined Think Water in 2018. He is married with two girls. Having grown up in Darfield before settling down in Rolleston over the past 15 years. Previous to this role Matt worked in freighting exporting and importing of goods. He enjoy all aspects of liaising with clients and is looking forward to assisting with any enquiries that come his way. Matt has worked his way up into Operations Manager role after 2 years as service co-coordinator. His commitment to customer service is second to none.

Daniel Tan

Financial Controller

Daniel joined Think Water in May 2015 as the Finance Manager and is responsible for the finance and administration functions. He graduated from University of Otago in 2005 with B.Com(Accounting) and B.Sc(Computer Science) degrees. Since then, he worked for Enza, Ministry of HealthPAC, Property finance Securities and PGG Wrightson. Daniel held various roles during his 7 years in PGG Wrightson, most recent as Team Leader for the Water Finance function. Outside of work, Daniel spends time with his wife Kelly and two kids, Olivia and Jayden.

Derek Steele

Retail Manager

Derek joined the Think Water team in October 2018. His background is 32 years in logistics stores, with the last 10 in irrigation. He lives in Rolleston with his partner and 3 beautiful daughters.
